EM150 eModules are designed for a wide range of applications from 50 up to 350kW. Capable of very high rotational speeds, up to 40,000rpm, they include an optional, integrated, state-of-the-art modular 800V silicon carbide inverter with robust ASIL compatible safety functionality.
