EM75 eModules are designed for use with high-speed, turbo-machines in 48V and 400-800V automotive powertrain and aerospace applications. With an ultra-high speed electromagnetic and bearing system package, this electronic motor is capable of speeds of up to 175,000rpm. EM75 motor-generators include an optional, integrated, state-of-the-art modular 48V and 800V silicon carbide inverter with robust ASIL compatible safety functionality.
